This podcast is about honesty, communicaiton, life, love, music, and challenging norms, but mostly it is me and assorted guests getting in the weeds about what makes us human. The dirty bits that we try to hide, or maybe you're like me and you live them out loud.
I share my life with you, like I have since I was 10 years old, in the hopes that my honesty and openness will make you feel like there is someone out there that is just as crazy and screwed up us you.
